ASSOCIATE, TAX PRACTICE

Your future tasks:

• Consulting client companies on issues related to applying tax laws
• Elaboration of legal memoranda and recommendations
• Administering tax disputes independently in commercial arbitration courts (elaboration of a legal position, representation), consulting clients in the course of tax audits
• Taking part in developing the Company’s tax practice, contributing to implementation of the Company’s plans aimed at engaging clients and projects

You are an ideal candidate if:

• You have a degree in law
• You have at least 2 years of experience in tax law, including legal disputes and consulting on corporate tax law  (must have)
• You have experience in working in a consulting law firm – a plus
• You are fluent in English – spoken and written
• You desire to work and grow in legal consulting
