Anna specializes in legal support of major infrastructure projects in the transport and social sectors implemented through concession agreements and public-private partnership (PPP) agreements, including drafting concession agreements, PPP agreements, direct agreements with financing institutions, draft regulatory acts, preparation and support of private initiatives, as well as legal support during the performance stage of concluded concession and PPP agreements.

Anna also conducts pre-investment analysis of projects, including development of organizational and legal project structures, preparation of project implementation concepts, and analysis and assessment of legal risks.

Anna has experience in supporting procurement procedures regulated by public procurement legislation.

Anna’s professional background includes work in legal consulting firms providing support for infrastructure projects, in regional government authorities responsible for economic development and PPP policy, and heading legal operations at a regional development institution acting as an initiator of investment projects.

Anna actively participates in PPP-related events as a speaker, presenter and expert, and is also involved in university educational programs as a guest lecturer in the field of “PPP / Infrastructure Projects.”
