Elena brings over 20 years of experience in the financial market, having worked in banks, a federal leasing company, an international insurance company, and the management company of an industrial and financial group. Her roles have encompassed a wide spectrum of responsibilities, from strategy development and business planning to organizational structure, HR management, marketing, and advertising.

At CLS, she focused on areas ranging from HR management to comprehensive business administration support. She also serves as a mentor for HSE University (St. Petersburg).
