Arbitration between Russia and China: Practice and Development

On May 16, 2025, in Moscow, as part of the Russian International Arbitration Congress (RIAC) a satellite event will take place titled “Arbitration between Russia and China: Practice and Development.”
As Russia-China relations in trade, business and other areas are quickly growing, the rules, practice and development of international arbitration both in Russia and China will have an increasing impact on business.
The event is dedicated to international arbitration practice in the PRC in today’s geopolitical reality. Speakers from the Russian law firm CLS and Chinese law firms Anjie Broad Law Firm and Zhonglun W&D Law Firm, along with representatives from the Maritime Silk Road Chamber of International Arbitration Promotion (MSRCIAP) will give practical recommendations on arbitration in China and mutual enforcement of decisions in Russia and China.
