CLS lawyers provided support for the deal on sale of the Vremena Goda (‘Seasons’) shopping center. The deal made the RBC top 10 list of major investment real estate deals in 2025.

The seller was Capital Management, and the buyer was a structure of the Kievskaya Ploshchad group of companies. The deal price is not disclosed, but RBC assesses it at 14 to 16 billion rubles.

The CLS team provided comprehensive support in the sale of assets by the seller party, working both on the legal set of issues and on the task of operational control and pre-sale preparation of the asset, which allowed to ensure a decisive and economically efficient sale of the client’s non-core assets.

The Vremena Goda shopping center is among Moscow's largest shopping centers, formerly a benchmark for luxury retail centers. After the exit of foreign companies, the facility became a crisis retail trade property and following the change of owner should be revamped.
