Mikhail Dikopolski has joined the Capital Legal Services team as Of Counsel of the Corporate practice. Mikhail specializes in Corporate and Commercial law, providing support for M&A transactions, creation of joint ventures and business restructuring.

Irina Onikienko, Partner of Capital Legal Services received the Lawyer of the Year award in Arbitration and Mediation in St. Petersburg, Managing Partner Vladislav Zabrodin and Partner Pavel Karpunin took the leading positions in key legal practice areas: Corporate Law, M&A, Real Estate & Construction, Arbitration and Mediation, and Litigation.

INTA’s 140th Annual Meeting, a most important event for the IP community, ended several days ago.

The election at the Executive Committee is held every two years and this year Irina Onikienko, a CLS Partner and member of the Council of the Federal Bar Association, was nominated for the position.

The Federal Chamber of Lawyers in cooperation with Capital Legal Services and Microsoft held a round table on the topic of “Lawyers and Information Technology: status quo or transformation?” in Moscow on March 28, 2018.

On March 22, 2018, an event took place at the Finnish-Russian Chamber of Commerce (FRCC) in Helsinki, dedicated to discussing the practical aspects of financing subsidiaries in Russia. Kyle Davis, of counsel of the corporate practice, was an invited guest.
