As the BG survey showed, participants of the SPBILF 2017 are eagerly waiting for the bankruptcy forum, but are disappointed by absence of the real estate and criminal law blocks, as well as the pro bono sessions. The musical and drinking marathon on Rubinshteina Street, however, remained in effect, and the gaming processes as a new aspect helped to smooth down the rough edges.

“The SPBILF is the most visible industry event of the year. This fact should be noted when forming the program, giving more initiative to all representatives of the community, including with the use of a more transparent procedure for selecting the forum topics. For example, a vital topic on today’s legal market is the price dumping. It would be very valuable to gather market players at one table and to hear their opinions in this regard. How do you turn the fight for the client into collaboration? How do you select a strategy to stay afloat? To that end, it would also be interesting to hear foreign expertise which it traditionally present in the program.”
