Alexander Bykov is the Head of the Asian desk at Capital Legal Services.

Since 2010, Alexander has been advising clients on practical application of Chinese laws.  He started his legal practice in the Far East where he studied the Chinese language, culture and legal specifics and focused on resolving administrative disputes between foreign trade participants.

Alexander has vast experience in providing legal support for foreign trade in China, resolving commercial disputes with Chinese companies and ensuring recognition and enforcement of foreign court rulings in China.

Prior to joining Capital Legal Services, Alexander worked in several law firms and represented legal entities and individuals in civil and administrative cases before courts of general jurisdiction and commercial arbitration courts. In recent years, Alexander has dedicated himself to providing support for all aspects of clients' businesses in China and Hong Kong.
