Dmitry Churin is a Senior Partner; he heads the Corporate practice at CLS.

For over 20 years, Dmitry has been consulting Russian and foreign companies in such industries as energy, oil & gas, financial services, industrial manufacture, trade, etc. He has been working at CLS for over 15 years, having traveled the career path from paralegal to partner.

Dmitry consults clients on issues of entering the Russian market, implementing investment projects, acquiring property complexes and enterprises and business restructuring. Dmitry has provided legal support for clients at all stages of large-scale deals, starting from legal due diligence and initial negotiations, and ending with deal closing and integration of assets into the client’s business.  

In the course of Dmitry’s latest work, he has participated in major international projects jointly with other Russian and foreign law firms.
