Ekaterina Manannikova is Personal Assistant to Managing Partner and Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer at Capital Legal Services.

Ekaterina has extensive experience in providing administrative support to business, and is actively developing in psychology, business communications and marketing. Ekaterina’s experience in tourism, her interest in new cultures, global development trends and foreign languages, as well as her desire to help people, eventually turned into a firm intention to contribute toward developing a just society and providing all people with equal opportunities. In addition to administrative support for the Managing Partner, Ekaterina is involved in organizing events with his participation and developing relations with clients.

Ekaterina is in charge of overseeing and developing the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Policy at Capital Legal Services, actively expanding her expertise in this area.

She also stands up for minority rights. In addition, Ekaterina devotes special attention to environmental protection, being engaged in environmental education and separate waste collection projects.
