Elena Anisimova is the General Director at CLS. Elena has over 20 years of experience in various financial companies (leading Russian banks, federal leasing and international insurance companies) and a holding company of a financial and industrial group, where Elena was in charge of strategy development and business planning, organizational structuring and personnel management, marketing and advertising.

Under the British Council program, Elena completed an internship at Deutsche Bank in London, and was awarded a professional certificate in Management by the Open University (OU) of UK. Over the past years, Elena has been a mentor at the Higher School of Economics in St. Petersburg.

In over 10 years of work at CLS, she has been engaged in various areas, such as personnel management, marketing, business administrative support.

Elena puts a lot of effort and energy into the development of the company and is genuinely happy about its success. She is an example of a person with a proactive, positive and pragmatic approach, which are the core values of CLS.
