Elizaveta Dvoinishnikova is a Principal Associate of the Corporate practice at CLS.

Elizaveta advises foreign and Russian clients on corporate, commercial and contract law. 

Elizaveta also specializes in M&A project support, including due diligence, preparation and negotiation of transaction documentation and regulatory approvals.

In addition, Elizaveta's area of expertise includes establishing legal entities in the Russian Federation, including joint ventures, supporting corporate procedures, as well as liquidation and reorganization of limited liability companies and joint stock companies.

Elizaveta has been practicing law for over ten years, and her professional experience includes supervising a legal department.

The Corporate practice, of which Elizaveta is a part, traditionally takes high positions in international and national legal ratings, such as The Legal 500, Chambers Europe and Pravo-300.
