Victor Kaluzhski is a Head of Intellectual Property group and a patent attorney in trademarks.

Victor is a graduate of Law School of the St. Petersburg Branch of the Higher School of Economics. In 2022, he completed with honors the masters program of the St. Petersburg Branch of the Higher School of Economics in the program “Intellectual property law in the digital era.”

Victor specializes in commercialization and protection of intellectual property, including drafting license agreements, franchising agreements, registration of trademarks and software, documenting rights to works made for hire, implementing regimes of confidentiality and commercial secret.

Among Victor's clients are Russian and foreign IT companies, companies from the FMCG sector, pharma companies, auto manufacturers and well-known developers.

Victor provides support for transactions on acquisition of intangible assets, conducts due diligence of rights in IP law, protects interests of clients in IP issues in courts and administrative authorities (Federal Customs Service, Rospatent, Federal Antritrust Service).

Victor has authored publications on issues concerning IP protection for RBC PRO, EZH Jurist, Intellectual Property Court Magazine. He takes an active part as speaker in dedicated events and conferences.

The Intellectual Property practice headed by Victor is traditionally among the winners of international and domestic ratings WTR100, Pravo-300 and Kommersant in the category of Intellectual property: registration and consulting, Personal data protection.
