Maria’s primary focus is advising Russian and international clients on corporate and commercial law matters, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), information technology, as well as company reorganizations and corporate governance issues.

Maria is a member of working groups supporting client projects in the TMT sector (including IT and e-commerce) and personal data protection.

The Corporate Practice in which Maria works consistently holds leading positions in international and national legal rankings, including The Legal 500, Chambers Europe, Pravo-300, Kommersant and Expert RA.

Maria is recognized among the leading experts in Corporate Law and Mergers & Acquisitions by the Russian national ranking Pravo-300, as well as in Corporate Law by the Rossiyskaya Gazeta lawyers ranking.
