1. General provisions

1.1. CLS provides you the product, software, services, and websites (collectively the “Service”).
1.2. The Service is located at www.cls.ru, and all associated sites linked by CLS, its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, the “Site”).
1.3. Use of the Site is defined in detail in Section 2 below (the “Use” or “using”).
1.4. By using the Site you accept this disclaimer in full. CLS may revise this disclaimer from time to time. The revised disclaimer shall apply to the Use of the Site from the time of publication of the revised disclaimer on the Site.

2. Use of the Service shall mean:

2.1. Access to the Service at any time of operation of the Site, following the procedures (guidelines) stated by CLS and its providers;
2.2. Viewing pages of the Site in a web browser or by other means;
2.3. Printing pages from the Site;
2.4. Download and/or saving pages from the Site for caching in a web browser or by other means, including screenshots and similar methods;
2.5. Using different additional options according to the opportunities of the Site and your agreements with CLS.

3. Main principals of the Service as an Internet and technical resource

3.1. CLS shall exercise reasonable skill and due care in providing the Service.
3.2. For the Service CLS may use its own software or independent reputable service provider whose confidential information policy, to the best CLS’ knowledge, satisfies the requirements of CLS in respect to confidentiality.
3.3. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
3.4. Use of the Service might not be uninterrupted or error-free and depends on different circumstances such as telecommunication service from CLS’ hosting providers, your Internet providers, any defects or errors in software, technical conditions of the equipment, etc.
3.5. In case of any technical or organizational questions, CLS may suspend the Service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the Service without any explanation or notification.
3.6. Unless otherwise stated in your agreements with CLS, the information contained on the Site is provided as a public service with the understanding that CLS makes no warranties, either expressed or implied, concerning the accuracy, completeness, reliability of the information, that the provided information is suitable for a particular use, or that the information is up to date.
3.7. Your identification data or other information you provide in the course of your Use of the Site shall remain confidential. Such information will be used only for purposes for which it is provided.

4. Limitations and notifications

4.1. While making use of the opportunities set out in Section 2, unless otherwise stated in your agreements with CLS, you should/may not:
4.1.1 Republish material from the Site (including republishing information on another web site) without due reference to the Site in form of a direct link to and/or address of the materials on the Site;
4.1.2 Show, display or otherwise reproduce any material from the Site in public without due reference to the Site in form of a direct link to and/or address of the material on the Site;
4.1.3 Sell, rent, sublicense or otherwise make commercial use of materials from the Site;
4.1.4 Use the Site in any way that is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful purpose or activity.
4.2. You must ensure that all the information you provide to CLS through the Site or in relation to the Site is true, accurate, current, complete and non-misleading. You agree to indemnify CLS against any claim or demand made by a third party, relating to or arising from the contents of such information.
4.3. The Site uses identification cookie files for improving your Use of the Site; however, such files are not intended for tracking information on visitors of the Site. By using the Site or agreeing to this disclaimer, you consent to use of cookies by CLS in accordance with the confidentiality terms. In the event you do not wish to use cookie files, the majority of web browsers allow blocking them – please check your browser setting and adjust as appropriate.
4.4. Liability of CLS under the present disclaimer shall be defined pursuant to the legislation of the Russian Federation.
