• Advising on application of antitrust law, including conduct of dominant players on the commodities market, admissibility of agreements, performance of actions;
• Support for antitrust and administrative cases (including in court) and audits held by antitrust authorities;
• Legal due diligence of businesses as pertains to compliance with antitrust law;
• Developing and introducing antitrust compliance systems, including assistance in obtaining a statement from the Federal Antitrust Service confirming that such systems meet requirements of antitrust law;

• Advising on application of public procurement law, including drafting procurement documentation/applications, representing interests in the course of challenging tender results before the Federal Antitrust Service of Russia and courts (including under 135-FZ);

• Advising on application of advertising law and carrying out audits of advertising campaigns.
