The Capital Legal Services Bankruptcy practice has been noted among the best boutique practices of federal level in 2021. The practice was created by company partner Irina Onikienko, who heads the practice to this day.

Research is done annually by the Pravo.ru legal portal, with the basis being decisions that law firms have achieved for their clients. This time, the researchers examined almost 8,500 final decisions of Russian commercial arbitration courts adopted on bankruptcy cases from January 1 to December 31, 2021.

Authors of the research noted that in 2021 the number of lawsuits has increased. More detailed analysis (in Russian) is available here.
