Today, Principal Associate of the Litigation practice at Capital Legal Services Igor Gorokhov took part in the SPIBA Legal Discussion Club.

The topic of the Club meeting was “Consideration of Interesting (Legal) Cases. During the discussion, the participants heard first-hand accounts of what things are like for Russian (and other) business in commercial arbitration courts at a time of turbulence, whether the climate has changed and what to expect in the future.
