At the end of October, the annual Minsk Legal Forum took place. Participants of the most informal and one of the brightest legal events of the year discussed client service, in particular, issues of maintaining confidentiality of a client’s information.

Many people think that copyright operates somewhere rather remote – in the movies, literature, music or on TV. Well, maybe on the Internet too. But in fact, almost every employee of every company becomes a real author while doing their job, even if the only things they write are a marketing plan, business report, innovation proposal or safety instructions. All these things constitute intellectual assets of a company.

Elena Berger, the Head of IP practice, made a speech on doing Business in Russia at the conference held by Prolight + Sound International Fair in Frankfurt am Main.

On January 9-12, 2018, the Heimtextil Frankfurt 2018 exhibition, the largest annual exhibition of home textiles, took place in Frankfurt-am-Main, organized by Messe Frankfurt. During the business brunch dedicated to developing business in Russia, Managing Partner Vladislav Zabrodin gave a presentation.
