On September 14, Capital Legal Services team organized and held an online discussion on the topic “A fashionable utopia or unavoidable future: diversity and inclusion in law firms.”  

Associates and representatives of major international companies from Russia, Ukraine, Great Britain, Spain and Lebanon discussed the topic that is becoming popular in international business communities.

Participants explained what diversity and inclusion mean in their regions, countries and companies, and shared their views on why businesses need to follow these principles. Despite a wide range of opinions and views, participants agreed that diversity and inclusion are the principles underlying the international business strategy of any company.
