Vladimir Adelson specializes in real estate and construction projects, as well as land and town-planning laws.

Vladimir has extensive experience in providing legal support for major investment and construction projects and real estate transactions. Currently, as a member of the Real Estate practice at Capital Legal Services, Vladimir Adelson provides comprehensive legal advice on issues related to construction of shopping centers at all stages of project implementation, starting from acquisition of land for construction and up to developing a lease policy and entering into agreements with tenants.

Vladimir Adelson’s legal practice experience is over 7 years. He graduated from International Law School of the Moscow State Institute of International Relations under the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation.
