In this context, on August 20, 2018 Capital Legal Services is pleased to announce the strengthening of its Corporate practice in Moscow. The Moscow team will be headed by Mikhail Dikopolskiy as Of Counsel.

Prior to taking the new office, for 10 years Mikhail held the position of Partner of the Corporate / M&A practice in the Moscow office at Dentons, an international law firm.

Mikhail also worked in other leading international law firms - Baker & McKenzie and Allen & Overy.

Mikhail specializes in Corporate and Commercial law, providing support for M&A transactions, creation of joint ventures and business restructuring.

In his 22 years of experience Mikhail has represented interests of major international and Russian companies, financial institutions and funds on a wide range of issues, including implementation of investment projects, providing support for M&A transactions, creation of joint ventures, as well as business restructuring. He participated in many projects important for the Russian market in various sectors of the economy, including automobile production and media.

In 1990, Mikhail graduated from Law School of the Lomonosov Moscow State University with honors.

In 1995, Mikhail was awarded the LL.M degree at the School of Law of the Northwestern University, Illinois, USA.
