Associate of the Capital Legal Services litigation practice Daniil Petrukh successfully defended the interests of a major auto manufacturer against which a receiver of a dealer center undergoing bankruptcy filed a lawsuit on contesting transactions with the debtor in the amount of over 80 million rubles.

In the course of initial analysis of the documents, risks were revealed that several deals could be contested based on applicable legal grounds, and at the same time, following the analysis and work performed, a legal position was developed that allowed to fully protect the client’s interests in court. The complexity of the case was in the significant number of contested deals (over 80), the need for a detailed analysis of the relevant volume of documents and preparing it for the court in an optimally structured and accessible manner, allowing to remove any doubts.
