Capital Legal Services to moderate a meeting on trade law at AmCham

Vladislav Zabrodin, Managing Partner of Capital Legal Services, will be moderating a meeting of the retail work group of the American Chamber of Commerce in Russia (AmCham) dedicated to Russian trade law. The meeting will take place on Thursday, April 16, 2015 at 09:00 at the AmCham office in Moscow at the address: 7 Dolgorukovskaya Street, Sadovaya Plaza business center, 14th floor. The participants will discuss amendments to be introduced to the trade law by the draft Federal Law No.704631-6 “On introducing amendments to certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation on antitrust regulation and food security” and the anticipated impact of the amendments on the retail market in the current economic situation, as well as strategies of the market leaders.
American Chamber of Commerce in Russia is the largest association of foreign businesses in the Russian Federation. The Chamber was established in 1994, with its headquarters currently in Moscow and a regional office in St. Petersburg. AmCham is a non-government and non-profit organization representing over 850 firms, using a membership fee business model. Members of the Chamber are major American corporations doing business in Russia, as well as European and Russian companies operating on international markets.
