On April 23, 2021, a concession agreement was signed for development of the Blagoveschensk airport for a term of 30 years, prepared with participation of lawyers of Capital Legal Services.

Our firm represented ABS LLC, a joint venture of Airports of Regions MC JSC and Novaport Holding LLC in the tender for a concession agreement on construction of a new international passenger terminal with capacity of at least 600 passengers per hour and the appropriate infrastructure.

The scope of investments will comprise at least 7 billion rubles, with the completion of construction of the new passenger terminal and its commissioning being planned for the first half of 2025. A new passenger terminal for domestic and international flights and a new cargo complex with annual capacity of 6,000 tons will be built, and the parking area will be expanded to 600 parking spaces.
