On March 26, 2015, Irina Onikienko, Partner at Capital Legal Services, spoke as an expert at the annual capacity building conference “Construction management.”

Within the session “Regulatory  framework of the construction project, insurance issues” Irina gave a presentation on legal support of construction projects, in which she spoke about the elements of building the implementation system for a construction project and management instruments of the construction project, as well as provided practical recommendations on the mechanisms of protecting interests of the investor/client, contractor, etc.

This year the conference “Construction management” was organized by the Academy of Real Estate with the support of PROESTATE EVENTS and The Russian Guild of Property Managers and Developers. The leading representatives of developer, construction, engineering and consulting companies, non-core developers implementing their own construction projects, as well as key participants of the real estate market participated in the conference.
