Chambers & Partners has shortlisted the remarkable success of the PPP practice at Capital Legal Services in the Firm of the Year nomination.

Managing Partner of Capital Legal Services Vlad Zabrodin and Partner Pavel Karpunin have been working on this for over 10 years. They were among the first to use the PPP mechanisms in construction of major infrastructure facilities. As of today, the lawyers of Capital Legal Services have implemented over 60 such projects throughout Russia. The firm's experts provided support for the construction and reconstruction of airports, highways, bridges, cancer wards, hospitals and schools.

The award, which in legal circles has been dubbed the "legal Oscar," will be handed to the winner in Moscow at the end of May.
