Capital Legal Services is pleased to announce that Elena Stepanova, Head of Real Estate Practice in the Moscow Office, has been appointed to the position of Partner of the Company. 

Elena Stepanova has developed a specialization in projects tied to legal regulation of real estate, land and town planning legislation and construction. As Partner, Elena Stepanova will be in charge of the company’s business development, expansion of the scope of services offered by Capital Legal Services, and will actively participate in developing Russian legislation regulating real estate and construction. Elena has proven experience in supporting large-scale projects of major developers and retailers tied to construction and implementation of real estate facilities in various Russian regions.

The scope of her experience includes construction of real estate facilities, including under FIDIC standards, purchase and legal assessment of land plot suitability for purposes of future construction, legal review and title registration for various real estate facilities, identifying and minimizing legal risks. Elena is author of numerous publications on real estate, construction and land relations.
