Pavel Karpunin, Partner at Capital Legal Services and Head of the PPP and Project Financing practice participated in the open discussion on “Models to attract private investors in the port infrastructure of Russia” at the Forum “Transport Infrastructure of Russia.”

The Strategic Forum “Transport Infrastructure of Russia” is one of key platforms for sharing experience and reviewing best practices in implementing PPP projects in transport infrastructure. It is part of the ROSINFRA Infrastructure Congress series of events organized by the PPP Development Center and the Roscongress Foundation.

This is one of the few events of such scale dedicated to the development of transport systems. As part of the discussion on the development of port infrastructure, Pavel shared his experience in providing support for port-related projects implemented. Julia Antipova, Head of PPP and Project Financing group in St. Petersburg, also participated in the event.
