The forum will take place on July 5-6, 2016, in the SWISSOTEL conference center in Moscow. The forum is organized by the Center for Development of Public-Private Partnership with support from the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation and the Federal Road Agency Rosavtodor.

Representatives of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation, Government of the City of Moscow and other Russian regions, major state and private companies in construction and development of transport infrastructure will participate in the business program.

Pavel Karpunin will participate in a discussion dedicated to various aspects of preparing and implementing projects on building light rail transport titled “Brainstorm ‘Material aspects of preparing light rail PPP projects.’” In the course of the discussion, questions related to possible PPP legal models in light rail transport, the attractiveness of such projects from the point of view of implementing foreign technology, main land and property risks, as well as the best profit expectation for such projects will be discussed.
