The most worthy law firms of 2018 according to the Pravo.ru Rating have been unveiled, and CLS has something to be proud of. All practices that applied for the rating were assigned a group.

For the first time, CLS associates took places in such specialization areas as Arbitration Proceedings, Tax Law and Tax Disputes, Financial/Banking Law. Also in 2018, we managed to hold some positions in Commercial real estate/Construction, PPP/Infrastructure projects, Corporate/M&A, Intellectual property.

Anastasya Kuzmina, Head of Tax group at CLS, explains the breakthrough results:

— For two years, we made every effort to strengthen the tax practice in our company, and in several areas: from tax disputes to tax advising for individuals. A place taken by CLS in the Tax Law rating of Pravo.ru-300 is surely an indicator of our development.

This is very important for us. Of course, this is only the start and there is still much work ahead to strengthen our position and scale up the projects. We have extensive plans in the coming year for tax compliance and support for business owners in corporate and personal tax issues.

Elena Berger, Head of IP practice also tells about her future plans.

— This is the third year we are in the third group of the federal rating of Pravo.ru-300. We understand that competition for every place in the federal rating is intense; there are many worthy contenders. We are glad to be among them.

Of course, we worked hard and demonstrated that we take on different and interesting projects. They were completed successfully — this is important and good news both for the clients and for us. And we surely will do our best to continue this growth! So we really want to and are almost certain that we will make the second group of the Pravo.ru-300 Rating next year.

The luxurious awarding ceremony was held on December 5 at The Ritz-Carlton, Moscow. The rating results are being prepared for publication.
