On April 18, 2017 the SPIBA Legislation & Lobbying Committee held a round table dedicated to changes in procedural laws and the latest trends in enforcement practice.

Principal Associate Igor Gorokhov and Associate Daniil Petrukh participated as speakers at the event.

Daniil’s topic was dedicated to review of certain amendments in bankruptcy regulations. The associate spoke about changes in the court practice in connection with a pledge status being established based on a procedural encumbrance, and about third parties paying off debts in the course of procedural bankruptcy.

Igor Gorokhov told representatives of the St. Petersburg business community about practical experience in establishing a pledge status for a creditor claim based on a procedural encumbrance.
