On November 11, 2016, as part of a meeting of the SPIBA Legislation and Lobbying Committee and Real Estate and Construction Committee, the Legal Debating Club held a discussion on the topic of “Peculiarities of the National Housing.” Igor Gorokhov, Principal Associate at Capital Legal Services, moderated the session and spoke on the topic of “Practical ways of working with debtors of housing services: real measures, limitations and risks.” Igor and the club guests discussed the main changes related to housing, legislative innovations and their consequences for market participants, as well as peculiarities of organizing tenders for managing apartment buildings.
