Sergei Lee becomes Partner at Capital Legal Services

On April 6, Sergei Lee became Partner at Capital Legal Services. He will head the General Business Law area. Sergei has 30 years of experience in law. For the last 24 years he worked at Castrén & Snellman, 10 of them as Partner. The firm earlier announced that it is terminating its activity in Russia and is transferring its offices in Moscow and St. Petersburg to Capital Legal Services.
Sergei specializes in providing support for investment projects (including ventures) and mergers & acquisitions. He provides legal support to foreign companies and their subsidiaries in Russia, mainly in the North-West area and in Moscow. Sergei Lee is a renowned expert on representing clients in resolving disputes, both pre-trial and in litigation. For over 20 years he has been protecting client interests in commercial arbitration courts and general jurisdiction courts. In 2013, he was awarded the National Prize in attorney activity in the “Business Reputation” nomination.
International rating agencies call Sergei a strong corporate lawyer who knows how to build trusting, warm and long-term relationships. Clients note his strong negotiation skills and comprehensive approach to resolving tasks.
