Julia Antipova, Senior Associate of the PPP and Project Finance practice held a workshop for participants of the VIII International Youth Legal Forum which took place on May 15-16, 2017 as part of the St. Petersburg International Legal Forum 2017.

Julia spoke on the topic of structuring investment projects using the public-private partnership scheme.

Based on the example of a project implemented by Capital Legal Services, Julia showed the stages of implementing such projects – from structuring the relations under a PPP agreement and concession agreement, possible parties engaged in a project and to terminating the agreement.

The largest projects implemented by the PPP and Project Finance practice of Capital Legal Services include:

• Pulkovo Airport reconstruction;
• Construction of the central part of the Western High-Speed Diameter Highway in St. Petersburg;
• Construction of the Khabarovsk Bypass Highway;
• Reconstruction and operation of the Perm‑Berezniki Highway and Perm Eastern Bypass Highway
• Construction of schools and pre-school educational institutions in St. Petersburg, and more.
