On September 27, 2017, a discussion of the SPIBA Legal Committee on reform of legislation on arbitration courts in Russia took place.

Daniil Petrukh, Associate of the Litigation practice gave a presentation. In the context of his speech, Daniil spoke about grounds and reasons of the reforms, range of problems and challenges.

In the course of the meeting, speakers and participants discussed the following issues: grounds and goals of the reform of legislation on arbitration tribunals, which substantially changed the rules of arbitration tribunal functioning, and the degree of success of completing the tasks set before the developers of the reform. In particular, the event covered issues of existing obstacles for functioning of arbitration tribunals in terms of the new regulations, as well as the arbitrability of corporate disputes.

The presentation caught the great interest of the audience.
