Throughout 2012 Capital Legal Services regularly mailed out information letters on the most significant changes in antitrust legislation, initiatives of the Federal Antitrust Service of Russia (‘FAS of Russia’) and the most interesting resolutions from court and administrative practice on issues of antitrust legislation.

The aim of this digest is to summarize the first results of the Third Antitrust Amendments Package being enforced and to highlight milestone events, documents and resolutions of 2012 pertaining to protection of competition in Russia.
