Only approximately 10% percent of the 450 business jets understood to be owned by Russian companies and individuals are registered in Russia, or operated by Russian operators. According to information provided by the Russian Ministry of Transportation, there were a total of 29 foreign manufactured business jets registered in Russia as of November 2012.
