In addition to providing legal services, Capital Legal Services also provides services in specialized translations in the Russian-English language pair. Texts are translated by our own in-house Translations Department, staffed by professional linguists and translators.

Our specialty is translation of texts of various forms and on various legal topics. The forms of legal texts we translate include contracts, charters (articles of association), memoranda, due diligence reports, minutes, and other forms.

The main areas of specialization are real estate, supply contracts, sale and lease of private aircraft, corporate, labor, antitrust, construction, land, public-private partnerships, taxes, reporting, litigation, intellectual property, infrastructure and many more.

In addition to legal translations, we also have experience with translations in fields such as power industry, cellular phones, environment, aviation, marketing, insurance, forestry, information technologies, retail trade, pharmaceuticals and others.

The Translations Department provides support for clients in ongoing projects involving our attorneys, as well as a separate service of translation as such.
