Anna Silinskaya holds the position of Principal Associate of the Dispute Resolution practice at CLS.

Anna has over 15 years of experience in practicing law and specializes in providing support for projects related to defense of clients in courts, including bankruptcy of individuals and legal entities and transactions connected with real estate and construction.

Anna represents Russian and foreign companies in commercial arbitration courts, international courts (International Commercial Arbitration Court) and courts of general jurisdiction in commercial and administrative disputes.

Along with litigation, Anna provides comprehensive support for real estate and construction projects, including developing the structure of relations under a construction contractor agreement and a full set of documents needed (including based on FIDIC standards), and developing a set of lease documents. Anna represents clients in negotiations with potential contracting parties, conducts audit of terms and conditions of executed agreements, based on which she provides recommendations on disputable and conflict situations.

Anna also provides support on the issues of labor law, including HR audit, developing internal HR documents and other local instruments, as well as support for employee dismissal procedures and participation in negotiations, including when dismissing top company managers.

Anna started her career at CLS as a Paralegal. Many times projects in which Anna was involved within the Dispute Resolution practice of CLS were recognized by the leading legal ratings Legal 500 and Pravo-300.
