Valentina Alikova is a Principal Associate of the International desk at CLS.

Valentina specializes in providing legal support for major investment and infrastructure projects, as well as in international business structuring and creating complex payment mechanisms. Valentina has over 10 years of experience in law and in representing Russian and foreign companies engaged in various international projects.

Valentina also has experience in elaborating and implementing solutions aimed at creating and developing business in various jurisdictions, including China and Hong Kong. While an Associate at CLS, Valentina successfully defended clients’ interests in international commercial arbitration courts, including in China and Hong Kong.

Valentina also advises Russian and foreign clients on sanctions compliance and contributes to the expansion of the firm’s international partner network.
