For beginning lawyers:

- Written test (translation from Russian to English and from English to Russian)
- Interview with an HR manager*
- Interview with lawyers and the head of the relevant practice
For experienced lawyers:
- Phone interview with an HR manager
- Interview with an HR manager*
- Interview with the head/Partner of the relevant practice
- Interview with the Managing Partner
* At one of the stages, you may be given a task to resolve a legal case.
