The client has a complex corporate structure that includes many subsidiaries in the Russian Federation, all of which use a single global IT system when working with personal data.
Within the framework of the project, the CLS team provided comprehensive support to the client on the localization of personal data, as well as on the procedure for further use of foreign databases by its divisions in Russia, including issues of their cross-border transfer.
