Support for project on automating the process of restocking stores of the Magnit chain and distribution centers

The CLS team represented interests of one of the leading suppliers of advanced solutions for retail optimization in a project on creating and implementing solutions for automating the supply of goods based on artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies. CLS associates supported the development and signing of transaction documents (including preparation of an agreement on the SaaS model), advised the client on regulation of electronic services and data processing and storage systems both in Russia and in their cross-border transfer, as well as on tax issues.
