Project support for launch of a major Russian fintech platform in Southeast Asia

The CLS team represented interests of a major Russian fintech solution provider for banks in a project on launching an online platform in Southeast Asia. The CLS team developed the best-suited structure for the client to successfully launch and operate the company abroad, including taking into account compliance with regulatory requirements and local laws, optimization of the tax burden and all issues related to organization of data processing for foreign users. Based on the consultations of the CLS team, the client decided to start operating in Southeast Asia.
