Support for a major Russian online cinema entering CIS markets

CLS team provided comprehensive support to one of the largest Russian online movie theaters as part of a project on entering CIS markets. CLS associates developed a road map for the project implementation, as well as provided recommendations on the best form of online cinema presence in the local market, taking into account the specifics of the current laws on creating data centers, on issues related to the need to localize personal data, obtain user consent for processing and the possibility of cross-border data transfer, complying with consumer rights, as well as on issues related to implementation of local legal requirements.
