Creating and protecting a brand for a major electrical equipment manufacturer

The CLS team supported a project on creating and protecting a new brand for a major Russian manufacturer of electrical products. After the purchase of the company by Russian management, the client was faced with the task of creating a new brand and protecting their products from being counterfeited. The CLS team developed and implemented a comprehensive strategy to protect the client's intellectual property, including registering new trademarks and developing a strategy for patenting utility models and inventions, as well as protecting the new brand from counterfeiting.
