Successful defense of interests of an international company providing coworking services in the ICAC at the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry

CLS associates defended the Client's interests in the ICAC at the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in a dispute over a contracting party's claim for a penalty for withdrawal from a contract, including providing full support to the client in the legal dispute: they prepared all the necessary procedural documents under the ICAC regulations, conducted an in-depth study of the existing practice on co-working space, developed a legal position and provided protection of the client's position during consideration of the dispute in the ICAC. As a result of the CLS team's work, the claims against the Client were rejected in the quickest possible timeframes.
