Successful defense of a former spouse in a complex of disputes related to division of common marital property

CLS represented the interests of a former spouse in a complex of disputes related to challenge of a prenuptial agreement and the division of common marital property. CLS associates developed a unified strategy to protect the client's interests, which combined the efforts of lawyers in the search for assets in various jurisdictions, challenged the prenuptial agreement in court and recognized our client's right to shares in property illegally withdrawn by the former spouse on the eve of the divorce and secured the transfer of shares in Russian companies to our client.
