Successful protection of exclusive rights of a major animation studio

CLS provided comprehensive legal support to a leading Russian animation studio in the framework of a project on protecting exclusive rights to an animated series. The CLS team analyzed the documentation and history of exclusive rights, developed a position on the protection of rights in court, drafted a claim to stop the defendant's actions that create a threat of violation and allowed the client to achieve a resolution of the situation in their favor.
